Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Synthrise (synthrise.xyz), operated by GnosysLabs LLC, collects and how it's used. Synthrise has no accounts and no passwords, and we never hold your keys or funds.
1. What we collect
- Your public wallet address, when you connect a wallet. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Solana blockchain.
- Coin details you submit when launching: name, ticker, image, description and links. These are published and referenced permanently on the blockchain.
- Profile details you choose: an optional username, bio, profile photo and banner, and the wallets you follow. These are public on Synthrise. Photos and banners are cropped and re-encoded, which removes location and camera data. Without a photo, your picture is a robot generated from your wallet address.
- Technical data our hosting provider and servers receive with each request, such as your IP address, an approximate country derived from it, browser type and request logs. We use your country to apply the regional restrictions in our Terms of Use.
- Visit counts: we count page views, the site you arrived from, your country and device type, and wallet connections, to see how Synthrise is used. We do this ourselves, without cookies or outside analytics services. A visit is recognised by an anonymous code made from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day, so your visits can't be linked from one day to the next and your IP address isn't kept for this. Connected wallets are counted by a scrambled form of their address.
- Moderation records: the results of the automated check run on each coin before it's created, and any reports or emails you send us.
- Sign-in cookie and local storage: when you sign in, your wallet signs a message and we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It names your wallet and nothing else. When you connect a wallet we also set a cookie that only notes that you have (no address), so the home page can skip its welcome section; disconnecting removes it. Your browser also remembers which wallet you last connected and a few display settings. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
2. How we use it
- To run Synthrise: show coins, prices, trades and holders, and build the transactions you sign.
- To screen coins for prohibited content before they're created, and to handle reports and appeals.
- To apply regional restrictions, prevent abuse and keep Synthrise secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- The Solana blockchain: transactions you sign, and coin details you submit, are public and permanent.
- OpenRouter and Liquid AI, which run the automated content check: they receive the coin details and image you submit at launch, and any username, bio, photo and banner you set.
- Our RPC provider (currently Helius), which receives blockchain requests from our servers and your browser, including wallet addresses.
- Our hosting provider, which processes requests and logs to serve the site.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect people from harm.
Wallets, Solana explorers and X are separate services with their own privacy policies; we only link to them.
4. How long we keep it
Coin details and images are kept for as long as Synthrise runs, because coins reference them permanently. Your username, bio, photo, banner and follows are kept until you remove them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging. Moderation records are kept while they are needed to enforce our terms. Information on the blockchain can't be changed or deleted by anyone, including us.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We can't alter or remove anything recorded on the blockchain.
6. Children
Synthrise is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your wallet's recovery phrase private: we will never ask for it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here; the date at the top shows the latest change.
