Terms of Use
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Synthrise (synthrise.xyz), which is operated by GnosysLabs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Synthrise you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. What Synthrise is
Synthrise is a website that helps you create and trade memecoins on the Solana blockchain. It is an interface only. Coins are created and traded by smart contracts that we don't own or control, mainly Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and DAMM v2 programs and Jupiter Lock. Every transaction is built in your browser and signed by your own wallet.
- We never hold your keys or funds and cannot move, freeze, recover or reverse anything in your wallet.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Once signed and confirmed, they can't be undone by us or anyone else.
- How coins work (the locked template, fees, graduation and the creator's allocation) is explained on How it works, which forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Synthrise
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You may not use Synthrise if you are located in, a resident of, or organized in: United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or any other country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations.
- You may not use Synthrise if you, or anyone you act for, are on a sanctions list (such as the US OFAC SDN list).
- You may not use a VPN or any other means to get around these restrictions.
- You are responsible for making sure that using Synthrise and trading memecoins is legal where you are.
3. No advice, and the risks you accept
Nothing on Synthrise is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose most or all of their value. By using Synthrise you accept that:
- Prices can fall to zero, and anyone, including a coin's creator, can sell at any time.
- The “Safety facts” on a coin page describe on-chain settings. They limit what creators and we can do to a coin; they don't protect its price or make any coin safe.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and the Solana network can fail, be attacked or behave unexpectedly. Meteora and other third parties can upgrade their programs.
- Network fees, slippage and the trading fees shown before you confirm apply to every transaction.
4. Fees
Trading fees are set by the coin template and shown before you confirm a trade. Of each trading fee, we receive 80% and Meteora receives 20%. Fees from a coin's first three minutes are handled as described on How it works. Network fees go to the Solana network, not to us.
5. Creating a coin
- You are solely responsible for every coin you create: its name, ticker, image, description and links, and anything you say about it anywhere.
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
- Before a coin is created, its details and image are checked by an automated system. We may refuse to create a coin, without explanation, if it appears to break these terms. Automated checks are not perfect; passing them does not mean a coin is approved or endorsed by us.
- A coin's name, ticker, image and supply can't be changed after launch, by you or by us.
- Profiles: any username, bio, photo and banner you set, and the wallets you follow, are public. Usernames, bios, photos and banners are checked by the same automated system and must follow section 6. Usernames are first come, first served, and some are reserved. You may not use your profile to pose as someone else.
- You must not promote a coin with false or misleading claims, including promises of profit, fake endorsements or claims that it is “safe” or “guaranteed”.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Synthrise to create, promote or trade coins that involve, or to otherwise:
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- pornographic or sexually explicit content;
- hate, harassment or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- graphic violence, threats, or promotion of terrorism or violent extremism;
- impersonating a real person, company, brand or project, or falsely claiming to be official or endorsed;
- scams, phishing, fraud, or promises of guaranteed returns;
- infringing anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- illegal goods or services, money laundering, or evading sanctions;
- market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes;
- interfering with, attacking, scraping at abusive rates, or bypassing the security of Synthrise.
7. Moderation and takedowns
We may hide or remove any coin, image, name, description or link, and clear any username, bio, photo or banner, from Synthrise at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, including for trademark, copyright or moderation reasons. Coins live on the Solana blockchain, so removing one from Synthrise does not delete it or stop it trading elsewhere.
To report a coin, or to send a copyright (DMCA) or trademark notice, email [email protected] with the coin's address and what's wrong. If something of yours was removed and you think that was a mistake, you can appeal to the same address.
8. Intellectual property
Synthrise's name, logo, design and code belong to GnosysLabs LLC. You keep ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it in connection with Synthrise. Coin metadata you submit is public and is referenced permanently on the blockchain.
9. Third-party services
Synthrise relies on services we don't control, including wallets, Meteora, Jupiter, RPC providers, Solana explorers and X. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
Synthrise is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Synthrise will be available, error-free or secure, or that any information on it (including prices, market caps and Safety facts) is accurate or up to date.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GnosysLabs LLC and its members, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds or data, arising from your use of Synthrise or any coin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees we received from your transactions in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GnosysLabs LLC from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Synthrise, the coins you create, your content, or your breach of these terms or the law.
13. Changes and termination
We may change these terms by posting a new version here; the date at the top shows the latest change. Using Synthrise after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access to Synthrise at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.
