Question 1

What is Synthrise?

Accepted Answer

Synthrise is a launchpad for Solana memecoins. Anyone can launch a coin from their own wallet in one signature, and every coin follows the same locked rules: nobody can print more of it or freeze it, and its liquidity locks forever once it graduates.

The full story is on How it works.

Question 2

Which wallets can I use?

Accepted Answer

Any Solana wallet works, including Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask and Backpack. You sign everything in your own wallet; Synthrise never holds your keys or your funds.

Question 3

What does it cost to launch a coin?

Accepted Answer

About 0.02 SOL, plus any first buy you choose. That covers Solana's storage costs for your coin's accounts, Metaplex's metadata fee and the network fee. The create page shows the exact total before you sign.

Question 4

How do I launch a coin?

Accepted Answer

1. Connect your wallet.
2. Open Launch a coin and add a name, ticker and image (and links, if you like).
3. Optionally choose a first buy, up to 2% of the supply.
4. Approve the transaction in your wallet. Your coin is live a few seconds later.

Question 5

My coins don't show up in my wallet

Accepted Answer

Your coins are in your wallet. Many wallets hide brand-new tokens their spam filters don't recognise yet, so they just aren't on the main list.

- Phantom (browser): Home → Tokens → the ••• menu → Manage tokens, then switch the coin on.
- Phantom (mobile): Home → Tokens → the sliders icon, then switch the coin on.
- Other wallets: look for a list of hidden tokens, usually under "Manage tokens" or a spam filter in the token list settings. If your wallet lets you add a token, paste the coin's address (use the copy button on its Synthrise page).

Some wallets also let you mark a token as not spam. Either way, your Synthrise profile always lists the coins you hold.

Question 6

How do I send coins to someone?

Accepted Answer

- From anywhere: use the send button (the paper plane) in the top bar, or Send coins in your wallet menu, then pick the coin.
- To a person: open their profile and choose Send coins, then pick the coin and amount.
- From a coin's page: choose Send next to your balance in the trade panel.
- From your profile: use the send button next to any coin you hold.

Type their @username or paste their wallet address. As you type, people you follow and people who follow you are suggested.

You approve the send in your wallet, and it can't be undone, so check who you're sending to. If they've never held that coin, Solana charges a one-time deposit of about 0.002 SOL to open their account for it, paid by you. Synthrise will never ask you to send it coins.

Question 7

My wallet warned me about the site

Accepted Answer

Wallets run automatic security scans, and they can be cautious about sites that are new. Synthrise only asks your wallet to sign a plain-text message to sign in, and the transactions you click, like a launch or a trade. It never asks for token approvals or your recovery phrase.

Always check the address bar says synthrise.xyz before connecting.

Question 8

It says my transaction took too long or expired

Accepted Answer

Solana transactions are only valid for about a minute. If a request sits in your wallet longer than that, the network won't accept it. Nothing was sent and no SOL was spent: just try again and approve it within a minute.

Question 9

It says the network is busy

Accepted Answer

Solana or our connection to it was briefly overloaded. Nothing was sent. Wait a few seconds and try again.

Question 10

Why was the fee so high when I bought?

Accepted Answer

For a coin's first 3 minutes, the trading fee starts at 50% and falls every 10 seconds to 0.25%. It stops bots from grabbing a coin the second it launches. The coin page shows the live fee with a countdown, and the exact fee before you confirm, so if you wait a few minutes you pay the normal 0.25%.

Question 11

How do I sell?

Accepted Answer

Open the coin's page, choose Sell in the trade panel, enter an amount and approve it in your wallet. You can sell at any time.

Question 12

What does "graduate" mean?

Accepted Answer

Every coin starts on a bonding curve, where the price rises as people buy. Once it raises 85 SOL, it graduates to a Meteora trading pool and 100% of that pool's liquidity is locked forever. From then on the trading fee is 0.1%.

Question 13

Why does my profit show a small loss right after I bought?

Accepted Answer

Profit counts the trading fee you paid, so every new position starts a tiny bit below zero. Small amounts show in grey; green and red appear once the price really moves.

Question 14

What does the "sniper" tag mean?

Accepted Answer

It marks a wallet that bought within 10 seconds of a coin launching. No person can find a new coin and buy that fast, so these are almost always bots.

Question 15

How do creators earn?

Accepted Answer

Every creator gets 5% of their coin for free. Once your coin graduates, a little is released each day for 30 days, and you collect it with the Claim button on your coin's page (only you can see it). The bigger the coin grows, the more it's worth. Anything you buy is yours straight away, like anyone else's.

Question 16

How do I claim my creator share?

Accepted Answer

Open your coin's page with the wallet you launched it from. Under the trade panel you'll see Your creator share, which only you can see.

- Before graduation it shows your free 5% waiting for the coin to reach 85 SOL.
- After graduation a little is released every day for 30 days. Tap Claim and approve in your wallet to move everything released so far into your wallet.

You can claim as often as you like, or let it build up and claim once; nothing is lost by waiting. A dot on your wallet menu and on your profile's Coins created tab tells you when there's something to claim. Only the creator's own wallet can claim, so neither Synthrise nor anyone else can take it or claim it for you.

Question 17

Can I change my coin after launch?

Accepted Answer

No. The name, ticker, image and links are locked at launch, which is part of why buyers can trust them. Double check everything in the preview before you sign.

Question 18

My launch, image or username was rejected

Accepted Answer

Every launch, username and image is reviewed automatically for scams, impersonation and abuse before it goes live. Adjust it and try again. If you think we got it wrong, email admin@synthrise.xyz.

Question 19

How do I avoid scams and impersonators?

Accepted Answer

Synthrise will never:

- message you first, or offer support in DMs;
- ask for your recovery phrase or private key, or ask you to "verify" your wallet;
- charge you for listings, trending spots or promotion.

Our only official channels are synthrise.xyz, @Synthrisexyz on X and admin@synthrise.xyz.

Question 20

Does Synthrise make a coin safe to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. The template removes the classic hidden tricks, and each coin page shows what's locked, read live from the blockchain. But memecoins are highly speculative, anyone can sell at any time, and most lose most of their value. Only buy what you can afford to lose.

Question 21

Why does RugCheck show $0 liquidity or 0% LP locked?

Accepted Answer

Some token checker sites, like RugCheck, can't read bonding curves yet, so before a coin graduates they can show things that look alarming but aren't:

- "$0 liquidity" or no markets: they don't see the curve as a market. The SOL people have paid in sits in the curve, and the coin page shows how much has been raised.
- "0% LP locked": there's nothing to lock yet. The liquidity is locked forever when the coin graduates at 85 SOL.
- One holder with most of the supply: that's the bonding curve itself holding the tokens that haven't been bought yet, not a person.

The checks that matter most, no mint authority and no freeze authority, show correctly on those sites too. Every coin page also has its own facts, read live from the blockchain.

Question 22

How do I report a coin?

Accepted Answer

Use the Report button on the coin's page, or email admin@synthrise.xyz with the coin's address and what's wrong.

Question 23

Synthrise isn't available where I am

Accepted Answer

Synthrise can't be used from United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia. See the Terms of Use for details.
